Craniosacral Sessions
Craniosacral
Align and retune to your innate resilience
Craniosacral therapy uses light touch and longer holds to support the circulation of the fluid body. In particular we work with the rhythm of cerebrospinal fluid which nourishes and removes waste from the central nervous system. This flow interweaves and affects many layers of the human body, including the nervous, endocrine, immune, lymph, and fascial systems. By gently releasing compression on tissues and bones, nourishing and cleansing fluids are able to reach areas that were once constricted. Toxins and stagnation are able to dissolve, and old patterns set free.
You will wear comfortable clothing and lay on the table. Using light pressure, I will hold different areas of your body. Holds may be on areas like the sacrum, shoulders, neck, and different parts of the head. Areas of restriction are held, listened to, and given space to express and transform. As the nervous system recalibrates to a restful and connected state, unwinding happens on physical, mental, and emotional layers.

Sessions and Rates
60min — $120
Sessions layer upon each other to guide the nervous system towards a self-restorative state. New clients are recommended to begin with an initial set of three sessions to introduce and allow the work to sink in.
A weekly, monthly, or seasonal cadence is beneficial for continued support and unfolding. As sessions continue, the body moves from releasing newer tensions, to unwinding older and more deeply held patterns.
Craniosacral is wonderful to receive on its own, and can be a powerful addition woven into the Soma Series.
