A balancing tune-up that is preventative care and maintenance oriented. This session can address the full body, or focus on treating areas of discomfort, pain, or injury with immediate results. Monthly/seasonal tune-ups are a great addition to a self care routine.

Sessions & Rates

Soma Series

A comprehensive full body treatment over eleven sessions, each with a different focus. Designed to create sustainable and long-term transformation in the body’s structure. Sessions are best spaced 1-2 weeks apart for synergy and momentum.

Craniosacral Sessions

Craniosacral therapy uses light touch and longer holds to support the body's natural healing processes. Sessions are meditative and deeply restorative, guiding the nervous system towards a self-restorative state.

60min — $120

  • I accept card, cash, and venmo. Tips are not expected.

    I can also accept HSA/FSA cards. To ensure coverage on your end I’d double check your policy and see if you need a referral or prescription for therapeutic massage from your physician first.

  • I do not take insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. You may check with your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits for massage therapy. I can provide a superbill on request.

At the building there is a free first come first serve two hour parking lot. There is also a mix of free and paid street parking around the area.
